Our Quality Approach

The quality process is controlled and planned by Quality Assurance Managers supported by a group of certified internal auditors and lead auditors who survey and audit all processes.

Any non-conformance issues are documented, discussed with the appropriate management and corrective actions identified, planned and implemented.

Complete Record Maintenance

A complete record is maintained of all audit results and details are used to monitor performance against targets. Key Performance Indicator (KPI's) results are monitored and, where significant deviations are noted, investigations are initiated to determine cause and remedial actions.
